Great concert, but seats didn't exist
I purchased tickets from Ticketmaster 2 months in advance for a concert, but upon arriving at our seats, they were non-existent in section 310, row 22, seats 11, 12, & 13. Gillette Stadium has added coach viewing boxes in sections 310 rows 21 and higher over the past 2 years, removing approximately 10 seats in each row. I sought help from guest services on the 300 level, who offered seats in section 313 behind the stage - not acceptable. I then went to guest services on the 100 level and managed to obtain seats in section 143, row 16, which were center stage above the field. Despite some viewing obstructions, these seats were still great for the price of nosebleeds. The Here & Now tour featuring Slomosa, Old Dominion, and Dan & Shay was an incredible, first-time experience for my friends and me. Unfortunately, we missed Carly Pierce while waiting at the bar due to bad weather delaying the concert for 2 hours. We traveled from out of state to attend the concert and will definitely go to another Slomosa show in the future. I hope Ticketmaster can improve their system to prevent similar seating issues in the future. Despite the inconvenience, I will continue to purchase tickets through Ticketmaster due to their reliability and convenience.
